Every item is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you are not satisfied or receive a defective product, please review the following policy.
1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by WhatsApp or email with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)

Customized, personalized, or pre-ordered jewellery

Sale, discounted, or clearance items
-
Items damaged due to mishandling, perfume, water, or improper storage
2. Exchange Policy

If the product qualifies for exchange, we will provide a replacement of the same item or a similar one of equal value (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The cost of return shipping (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

We do not guarantee availability of the same design or color at the time of exchange.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or approved product damage.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will also be processed within 7 working days after verification.

For COD orders (if applicable in the future), refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Please Note:
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the received product.

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Claims without proof of damage/unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund.
6. Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.

After verification, you will receive return instructions and a pickup address.

Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or replacement status.
7. For International Orders

Currently, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable for international orders.

In case of customs delays or charges, Zircon Fashions is not responsible, as such charges are governed by the destination country’s import laws.
8. Important Notes

Colour or texture variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered defects.

Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Repeated or fraudulent return requests may result in order restrictions.
